This NitroV stainless tuna cleaver is a hybrid version of a taiwanese, fish knife. This blade is made to preform with insane edge retention due to the heat treatment and full convex to zero blade geometry. The handle is non slip ultrex g10 which has rubber layers infused for a perfect feel and great grip.
Perfect for quartering Tuna and filleting taking off heads to fit in the fish box. Each one comes with a carbon kydex Saya cover.

Every Knife is hand made by Me in the USA! Each blade is rigorously tested by chopping pressure treated 2×4’s followed by a paper cutting test to ensure there is no edge rolling or dulling.
